All spikes offer features for specific distances or events and it is important to get the correct one to maximize benefits and help avoid injury. The Running Link staff are informative and can fit you for the spike that will best suit your needs.

Just need a new training shoe?? Come in and get fit properly for an everyday running shoe, with characteristics that compliment your foot type. We offer regular training running shoes as well as trail/off-road running shoes great for Cross Country training. For the speedy racer who doesn’t want a heavy bulky shoe to slow you down, we have some lightweight racing shoes that are great for cutting time off your run in a racing event.

We also carry a variety of technical apparel (tops, shorts, jackets, vests, pants, tights, socks, accessories, etc) that help enhance performance when running in the elements. All fabrics in our clothing and accessories are moisture-wicking and breathable and contain NO cotton. Winter apparel is also thermal without being heavy and summer apparel are lightweight and have properties to transfer moisture and heat more efficiently.

Team apparel (singlets, tights, shorts, etc) can also be ordered through our catalogues. Most dominant school/team colours are available on a regular basis. Order minimums may apply, depending on the product. Please contact us for further information or to get a copy of the team product catalogues.
